Vibe Out Playlist

I may have mentioned this before but back in the day I used to want to be a DJ! I had the name all picked out and everything until I saw that there was already a DJ Jazzy Joyce. (insert eye roll here).

My love for music runs deep! All thanks to my mom. Trust me she knows how to wear a song/ album out on REPEAT so therefore you have no choice but to learn the songs.

Also, I was in the band from 6th to 11th grade so I have a thing for beats. I used to be obsessed with producers like Pharrell, Timberland, and Mannie Fresh, and could listen to a song and immediately tell you who produced it.

Below is my playlist if I want to vibe out. That can include me just chilling and having a glass of wine, cleaning the house with a fresh lit candle, or riding around with the sunroof open. This playlist will give you all the feels!

Snoh Alegra- “I want you around”, "Whoa", "Dying for your love"

H.E.R- The music that H.E.R introduced us to in 2017 was timeless. I adore her music now but the tracks on this EP are magical. It expressed every mood I have as a woman, especially about love. Favorite tracks are "Avenue", "Say It Again", "Focus".

Lucky Daye- "Real Games", "Roll Some Mo"

Jhene Aiko- BS ft. HER , “While we’re young”, P**** Fairy

Bryson Tiller- "Inhale", "Don't",

Summer Walker- "My Affection" ft. Partynextdoor

Trey Songz- Back Home ft. Summer Walker

SZA- “Hit Different” ft. Ty Dollar Sign

Usher- “Bad Habits”

Alicia Keys- "So Done" ft. Khalid

Chole x Halle- “Ungodly Hour” check out all the songs on their latest album, it will be known as a

classic!

Victoria Monet- Just check out the whole Jaguar EP. Thank me later! My favs on there are "Moment", "Ass Like That", and "Dive"

Sevyn Streeter- "Kissez" ft. DaVido

Ari Lennox- "Chocolate Pomegranate", "Whipped Cream"

Giveon- “Stuck on it” I don’t think that I’ve ever heard a voice like his. I’m no singer but the range he has as a baritone is mind blowing! Be sure to check him out on YouTube!

Frank Ocean- Channel Orange album. Classic.

This post could be way longer if I would have shared my 90 R&B playlists, early 2000 hits playlist, my Atlanta, Houston, and 2010 Dallas playlists! We can do that another time!

So go ahead and open your Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Tidal apps to check out all this dope music. Be sure to let me know who you're listening to in the comments or at Instagram @fyijoycelynn!
